Printable Nhs Blood Pressure Recording Chart - If you want to measure your blood pressure at home, or have been asked to do so by your doctor, this blood pressure chart can help you understand what your reading means. For each blood pressure recording, take two consecutive measurements at least 5 minutes apart and whilst you are seated.
