Printable Monster Template - I did a little bit of looking around on the web, but was unable to find a template for monster stat blocks. There's some monster cards and form fillable pdf's you can use to input the info, then print out on sheets of 3x3. Post a link or something if you have something like this. The monster block is simple enough that i've never seen anyone do a sheet for it. If you are making your own custom monsters or adapting monsters from earlier versions, this can help make sure you got everything. I could not seem to find a better place to put this on the forums, so here is a monster template that roughly matches the look and feel of the new 5e monster stat block.
I've created a powerpoint template to easily create printable monster initiative cards, that can be used alongside the player character's initiative cards. I've attached a screenshot so you can see the pdf (created in acrobat pro). This is a large format monster and npc data card template for the magic set editor.
